Worst experience I've had. Im finally able to talk about it now. Im not going to go into graffic detail but I told the very rude ob no about a test and she did it anyway. And kept pushing me to get a bunch of shots while I was pregnant and after repeatedly telling her no. This clinic doesn't know what NO means! And is just after your insurance money. Just a money grab for these people. The other ob in the building that I saw maybe 4 times was amazing tho. I wish I would have had her instead.

I have been seeing Mallory for the past 9 months & never had a bad experience. Their staff has always been helpful & polite to me. My Dr always sends my prescriptions right away & they return my calls when needed. I recommend this place to anyone who is pregnant.

I use to love it when Dr.Ashton was here but now there’s a new Dr. I’ve seen her a couple times and it wasn’t to bad but after today I’m not going back. They had me sit in the room for an hour with no close on. I walked out already aggravated it was taking so long and she tells me she don’t know when the Dr will be in my room. 30 minutes later she comes in. She wouldn’t stop talking over me and wouldn’t listen to me at all. All I wanted was a panel test to make sure I was good. The other lady had me pee in a cup when I first got there. When the dr found out i did that she said there was no reason for a swab test. Now I was furious cause I just wasted all that time in that room for something she wasn’t going to give me.

As I am nearing the end of my pregnancy I would just like to say my peace about this place. There has been one doctor I’ve had that actually listens and attends to my needs. Honestly the woman needs a raise. I went in to my regular appointment while experience extreme pain that I won’t go into detail about, when I told my regular OB she basically brushed me off and told me to just take Tylenol when I clearly couldn’t even lay back without excruciating pain making it difficult to check baby’s heartbeat and measure my tummy. A couple days later I couldn’t stand the pain anymore and the Tylenol wasn’t helping so I requested an appointment, to which I heard nothing back about. That being said not but a few days later I ended up in the ER and needed surgery as I am weeks away from labor. I feel very ignored by this place and don’t feel that I should ever go here again and I guess I just want to warn others of how inattentive and unprofessional this place has been.

I had set the appointment for a different location without realizing and they fit me in anyways, and the lobby wasn't empty so it was definitely a kind deed. They were extremely nice and accommodating since I just had a C-section. They were able to pull the information they needed from the hospital I delivered at so even though I forgot some paperwork, they still made it work. Both the nurse and the doctor were both extremely kind, and even the lady at the counter was nice. I always recommend this place. I wish they had some toys in the lobby like they used too, though :)
